 I am now trying again to embed my slides in Elgg using Slideshare.com. This works fine. I am very happy with this new plugin where you can put flash into your Elgg blog in a easy way. 

 Here are the first slides I put into Slideshare. These are my slides from a on-line session I chaired which was part of a education conference in Akureyri, Iceland. I do think it is perhaps the first on-line session in a formal conference in Iceland. This was an experiment but it worked out fine.We used Horizon Wimba as the on-line tool. I like slideshare.com, that is a easy way to share slides if it is ok to only watch slides in this small format. If you want to watch the slide in a bigger format then you have to log in to Slideshare. I guess you only need to have full size slides when you are giving presentation so these small format is instead of the printed two slides per page or six thumbnails from Powerpoint.
